SS Auto Parts needed to have better UX within their internal and external inventory management system. The inventory system accessible to customers via their website inventory system was displayed in a spreadsheet format which allowed customers to see more information than what was necessary on a preliminary scan of the inventory items making it more difficult to find specific items a customer is searching for.
The updated website design brings to life the brand’s attitude and allows customers to easily navigate through the inventory by selecting between vehicles, tires & wheels, and auto parts at all times. The layout of the products allows customers to see crucial information and display more products on the page at once, while not overwhelming the customer.
